My Valentine's was very much a success. My best friend gave me flowers and I received a Gorilla Gram. What more could a girl ask for? 
This outfit just makes me happy. Who can't be happy while wearing a pink blazer? It's just an instant mood booster. 
Kitty also decided to join in on the photo shoot. He wanted to be the center of attention, as always. As you can tell by my face, I didn't mind very much. 
I hope everyone had a delightful Valentine's Day filled with love and has an awesome weekend.

<black is back>

I just love this time of year. The crispness in the air lets me know that Christmas is on it's way. And who doesn't love Christmas? 

I've decided that this sweater is one of my new favorites. It's super comfy and unique. It may look like it's on backwards, but I love it anyways.

It's been entirely too long since I've had time to do a post, so I figured this outfit was worthy of being a comeback outfit. This cat dress makes any outfit great. It's one of my favorite pieces and my love for it grows every time I see it in my closet. You just can't go wrong with cat newspapers.

This week has been just plain crazy. School is already stressful and we've only been back for 3 days. Woo. 

I've been looking forward to wearing this dress for about a month. The details are just so beautiful! I loved pairing it with the black booties to give it a sort of edgy vibe too. Hope you enjoy!

<planning ahead>

I have finally accepted the fact that I have to start school on Monday, so I decided to begin prepping for that fast approaching day. 

A planner is a must for me during he school year, so I decided to make it an item that is unique to me. I went with an editor theme this year to coincide with my position as Editor in Chief of the yearbook. (Eeep!) 

I started out with going through all my magazines and picking out all of my favorite pictures. Then I layered them all together and BABAM! It's a planner cover that's ready to keep me organized all year long.
